Kanak Taara Jewels proudly delivers across India, covering all major states and cities.

To ensure smooth delivery, we request customers to provide:

  • Complete shipping address

  • Correct PIN code

  • Valid contact number

Please note that courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

We work with trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and other reputed courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

Deliveries are generally made on working days (Monday–Saturday).
No dispatches are made on Sundays or Public Holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.

Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

For certain designs, dispatch timelines may vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping timeline mentioned on the product page is indicative and may change based on demand or stock status.

If there is any unusual delay, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure:

You may receive your items in different packages on different days.

Address Modification Requests

Once an order is placed, modifications are generally not permitted.

However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to dispatch status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address results in:

Transit Risk & Lost Shipments

All orders are carefully packed and handed over to reputed courier partners.

  • Once the shipment is handed over and marked as delivered by the courier, Kanak Taara Jewels is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery at the provided address.

  • In rare cases of lost shipment in transit, we initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

  • If confirmed lost, we will reship the product or offer an appropriate resolution.

Delays Beyond Our Control
